Wedding Travel Update
We are changing the website from a simple RSVP page into a travel and accommodation confirmation page. This helps us keep final numbers accurate for the venue, catering, transport and accommodation planning.

Your earlier RSVP still helps us understand who wants to attend.
2. Travel Confirmation
The updated form will ask for travel dates, flight details, accommodation interest and transport needs.
3. Final Numbers
Final guest numbers will be based on confirmed travel or accommodation details, not just the original RSVP.
Recommended Travel Dates
The wedding starts at 8pm on Saturday 19 June 2027 and finishes late into Sunday morning. Please avoid Sunday morning flights if possible.
Best Option
Thursday to Monday
17 June to 21 June 2027
Best for family, wedding party and guests wanting time to settle in, enjoy Kraków and recover before flying home.
Shorter Option
Friday to Monday
18 June to 21 June 2027
A good shorter option if you want one night before the wedding and one recovery day after the wedding.

Travel
Flights
Guests will book flights directly. We are not currently planning to take responsibility for everyone’s flight booking. This is due to the block booking being priced more than the current flight prices shown on the website.
We are travelling on the 15th from Liverpool.
Most guests will likely travel from Manchester, Leeds Bradford or Liverpool to Kraków. We will update the page with current flight times and direct links when the 2027 flights are available.
Planning dates: Thursday 17 June to Monday 21 June 2027, or Friday 18 June to Monday 21 June 2027.

Stay
Book Your Own Hotel or Apartment
Guests are welcome to book their own hotel or apartment based on their preferred location and budget.
Apartment Block Update
We originally planned to reserve a full apartment block in central Kraków so guests could stay close together and choose accommodation that suited their group.
Important: The apartment host we have been speaking with since last year is no longer responding to us, so the apartment block booking is unlikely to go ahead.
We apologise for the inconvenience. Guests should now plan to book their own hotel or apartment.
We recommend staying in central Kraków, ideally near Rynek Główny, which is the main square and central area of the city.
We would not recommend staying in Wieliczka unless you prefer a quieter location. There is much less nearby compared with central Kraków, which has a wide range of restaurants, shops and nightlife available late into the evening.
Confirm Your Travel Details
This form replaces the previous RSVP form. Please complete it once you have booked your flights.
The Salt Mine requires us to provide an accurate final guest count because a set number of miners must be available to escort guests safely through the mine.
Entry cannot be guaranteed for anyone who has not submitted their travel details before the final numbers are confirmed.
Guests who arrive late for the chapel ceremony may also have to wait up to an hour before they can enter the mine. This will depend on miner availability, as guests must be collected and escorted to the lift.
Your place at the wedding will be treated as fully confirmed once your travel details have been submitted.

Menu choices will be confirmed through the updated travel and guest confirmation form.
Because our wedding takes place deep within Wieliczka Salt Mine, food service and storage facilities underground are restricted. The menus are fixed and based on a mix of Cam and Kellys favourite Polish foods and traditional Polish dishes.
